    I am looking for someone, who could do job searching for me, who would be willing to get paid on a percentage salary base. This is not a call for oofers, but a question on advice on finding the right person.

    What you’re looking for is a headhunter. There are corporate recruiters in many fields who will match you with jobs for a fee (which is paid by the company, not the job searcher).
