    Arriving in Amsterdam at 730pm with family – 5 kids – from Eretz Yisroel any advice on hotels? Sight seeing? (Anne Frank house closes at 8) THANKS!!

    the issue with sight seeing at night in Amsterdam is that there are things you might not want your kids to see or smell. its a beautiful city with lots to see, but Id stay in the hotel at night

    The things you wouldn’t want your child seeing – I hope you also wouldn’t want YOURSELF to see.

    Ok – I understand the sightseeing I was thinking canal boat ride or something like that – more importantly any recommendations on hotels?

    Go to zaanse schans, Its a Windmill park with a Clog factory about 20 mins outside the city by train. No red light district there and no “Coffee Shops” and the kids will have fun and its free to go there

    Try a few pairs of cloth blinders and a blind mans walking stick!
