Anyone know of a counter/table top portable oven that is large enough to accommodate a couple of normal sized roaster pans (preferably larger than 9×13) at one time? My gas wall oven is dead since erev Shavuos, and I have been unable to find a replacement for it that will fit in the space without major reconstruction.
Meanwhile I have been shlepping back and forth to my daughter to cook by her, which is a pain, to say the least, and she is about to have a baby B”EH, so this is a really awkward time for this kind of problem. Any aitzos? Recommendations for a large convection type oven?I have been doing a lot of stove top cooking of late, but I really need to be able to bake right now.

Contact your local electronics store.

June 25, 2012 8:07 pm at 8:07 pm #880859PosterMemberoomis1105, I heard that AJ Madison in BP has “hard to find sized” ovens. You might want to try them to see if you can actually replace your wall oven since a counter top oven will probably not be as good.

My desire for a countertop oven, is simply to have something until I find what I really want, so I don’t feel I am shopping under the gun. I cannot go another erev Shabbos without having a working oven in my home. I have been living like a cooking nomad for a month now… 🙁
