Otzar Beis Din Esrogim

I don’t know about any pratim regarding this year, but the sefer Arba Minim (green book with section of pictures) says that the concept of otzar beis din is that beis din takes over an orchard with the owners permission, and then they are allowed to hire workers (the owner) to do necessary work. This gets around the problem of neevad, but there are still other halachos and aspects of shmitta which need proper concern, as well.
