Just ask for the Jared Kushner suite
September 19, 2023 4:38 pm at 4:38 pm #2226345DaMosheParticipantShimon, I’ve heard of that program! It’s the “Holier Than Thou” program, right?

September 19, 2023 6:18 pm at 6:18 pm #2226437commonsaychelParticipantThe coalition for the homeless in Orlando has some nice reviews, you have to build your own succah
September 19, 2023 9:34 pm at 9:34 pm #2226461yaakov doeParticipantCoffee Addict, do you think the Kushner suite is available for Shmini Atzeres? I assume Mar a Largo has the yuugest Succah in all of Florida with gold decorations. As Trump is still in Bedminster I don’t expect to see him the the Succah.

Check out www dot kosherorlando dot org for information about Orlando. There’s a growing community there that provides resources and information for tourists, and helps set up tourist minyanim and kosher rentals.

September 20, 2023 1:37 am at 1:37 am #2226485ujmParticipantSo-called kosher is a more apt description.
September 20, 2023 8:30 am at 8:30 am #2226542ThingsParticipantKosher hotel is more apt re פסח.

September 20, 2023 2:07 pm at 2:07 pm #2226746Shimon NodelParticipantWe say in vidui on yom kipur על חטא שחטאנו לפניך בועידת זנות
September 20, 2023 11:58 pm at 11:58 pm #2226942Chaim87Participant@shimon, who says Orlando is a place of zenus? There are houses with private pools and amusement parks just like six flags here in the greater Nyc. It isn’t even a beach town.
September 21, 2023 1:59 pm at 1:59 pm #2227073Shimon NodelParticipantועידת זנות is much broader than actual זנות. Think a little bit, it doesn’t have to involve goyim
September 21, 2023 2:00 pm at 2:00 pm #2227092commonsaychelParticipant@chaim87, Zenus Bank is based out of San Juan not Orlando
September 21, 2023 3:27 pm at 3:27 pm #2227170Chaim87Participant@shimon I still don’t see why Orlando is vidas zenus. It’s kosher family fun like anything else. If you mean because it’s a hang out, then ein ldavar sof. Many Cholom hamoed trips are that too . Many simchas or kiddishim have hang outs. There are bigger averous.
September 21, 2023 4:47 pm at 4:47 pm #2227178GadolhadorahParticipantThe many NYG fans here in the CR will recall that back in the late 1980s, Phil Simms was paid $100K after winning the Superbowl to say “We’re Going to Disneyworld”. Since that time, a player from every Super Bowl-winning team has said the phrase on-camera since. Its only fair that frum yidden, having survived the yamim noraim and the superbowl of bais din shel maahlah, will be also be able to say that as well.
September 24, 2023 9:22 am at 9:22 am #2227485n0mesorahParticipantDear Common,
First of all, it is called the Coalition for the Homeless of Central Florida.
Second, it is mostly a front for drugs.
Third, one has to be homeless to qualify.
