Inspired by the old adage, “you catch more flies with honey than with vinegar,” I am now wondering why, instead of (or at least in addition to) fining those who drive dangerously, why don’t traffic cops pull drivers who are driving safely over and givethem money?
Another idea for De Blasio, maybe.
Because giving them money would be WE giving them money by increasing our taxes to raise this money to give obedient drivers.
I actually made two fly traps, one baited with honey, one with vinegar. The vinegar one caught more flies.
It’s more bees with honey.
If you want to catch fruit flies, put a couple ounces of apple cider vinegar with a drop of dish soap in a cup.
I only made the honey trap to prove a point.

This is actually the law on the books. There just are no safe drivers in New York City.
