Mods-how many users are on this thing? Don’t you have a list on the back end?

There are over 200,000 registered users. Most have never commented on the CR. Of those who have, most are Joseph.

Over 115,000 are accounts which are able to be posted from.

Yes, but most of those accounts remain inactive.

I was referring to the blocked accounts.

Which accounts (that “remain inactive”) were you referring to?

There are fewer than 1,000 blocked accounts.

When I said “blocked,” I meant accounts not “able to be posted from,”

including those technically “inactive” rather than “blocked.”

And Joseph really has at least 200? How many times have I talked to another Joseph and not known about it?

Moderators or anyone else who knows – how many users are there who actually post? Is there any way to know how many people read (but don’t post)?

I mentioned to two different friends recently that I post in the CR. I was very surprised when they both said they look at it occasionally. (I only heard of it recently, and I didn’t think anyone I know would go here).

I asked if they recognized me, but they said they don’t look at it that often to have paid attention to what each poster is like. (also, they didn’t know to look out for me).

Thus far no one knows what I’m talking about when I talk about it (granted there are only a few people I have talked to and they were either super secular or Rabbis/Rebbetzins).

You want to know how the moderator knew? I wouldn’t know – you’re a moderator – you should know how moderators know all this mysterious information that no one else knows.

LB – those are from years ago. Anyhow, we don’t know if they are all really Joseph just cause the mods gave them the username “Joseph”.

I saw some old thread in which this issue is discussed and I think it turned out they were wrong about some.
