No basic jewish cooking forum, like Mimi’s used to be?

How i miss Mimi’s straightforward, simple, kosher cooking message-board – it’s as if vintage online message-boards (forums) such as Mimi’s and the OLD Gardenweb never existed. Unless perhaps there’s a vintage search engine to find what USED TO be online.

And no, i’m not referring to mimiscooking which is currently online, and which i see no forum.

I just browsed the kosher.com community, but it doesn’t seem so active. Not my preference.
All i wanted to know at this time is:
(1) how/if i can cook Meal Mart frozen foods on a Betty Crocker pizza maker.
(2) how/if I can toivel the pizza maker.

It’s very discouraging that there’s no simple, active place online I can ask Jewish cooking questions. Also surprised that Chabad hasn’t been providing and moderating such a forum all these years.
