    Salad:

    Lettuce

    Shredded cabbage

    Scallions

    Beigels nish nosh sour cream n onion crackers

    Dressing: mix with hand blender

    4 Tbsp sugar

    3 Tbsp mayo

    1 tsp soy sauce

    1 tsp mustard

    1 tsp salt

    1/8 cup water
