Are getting married, having children, and/or welcoming grandchildren common motivators for individuals to become healthier?
And/or, does the effects of having such brachas in one’s life encourage a healthier life?
I’ve noticed older generations become more concerned about their health once they have grandchildren, but that’s really only a handful of individuals… wondering if you’ve noticed such changes in one’s life influence one’s health for the better.
