Is there any source that the reason Moshe was prevented from entering E”Y was related to his shattering the Luchos?
As opposed to his hitting the rock?
Maybe. There are sources for lots of things. Of course, there is a Gemara that says that Hashem said Yasher Koach for breaking the Luchos.
Any sources for what?
Not that I know of. But in my experience with Mefarshim on Chumash, there have been enough Seforim written to find someone who says basically anything, at least as a Pashut Pshat in the Milim.
The mikra is fairly insistent (two or three mentions) that Moshe and Aharon forfeited their zchus to go in due to Mei Meriva. Medrash (I think in vaeschanan) developes the idea that Moshe could not enter because it would be a la’az on the dor hamidbar. This is also a smach to say a rov should be buried in the plot of his kahal davka. IOW, Moshe rabenu’s fate was sealed with the chet hamraglim thiry something years before meriva.
