There is a theory called “innate health”. They do seminars and workshops every so often. As a quick synopsis of the whole thing, it works with the yesoid that your thought generate your emotions. I guess we can make a hanocho that one’s emotions are or generate his/her mood. They get drug addicts and the like speaking on how when they fully came to terms with the yesoid their lives change forever. Its not that we try to ignore the bad thoughts, rather they should be dropped upon realization. And this in theory would change your outlook on life in general.
I must say that though I cannot boast that I ever spent enough energy working on this. The few times in my life I was into this kind of thing, it was great fun.
