Mods adding things to posts

Sometimes I see a post with some bold writing on the bottom. I usually assume it means the mods added a comment. The problem is that you can use tags to post in bold, so it’s not always clear.

Mods, can’t you all post as yourselves? Why not leave the additions to when a post needs to be edited? If it’s just a response to something in a post, can you please just post like everyone else does? If you can’t, can you at least just put your name after your addition so we know it’s from a mod and not the poster?
