An article in the YWN stated “BAIS DIN KOL KOREH: No Negative Talk Allowed About Rabbi Berland”. However, someone who reads the article will see that it only applies to the litigants in a din Torah involving him.
Is this a violation of the prohibition of גניבת דעת?
