Does anyone know of a minyan in hershy pa between august 16-18

Try contacting Kesher Israel in Harrisburg, which isn’t far from Hershey. Good luck!
(The founding rabbi of Kesher Israel was Rabbi Eliezer Silver, one of America’s gedolim in the early 20th century!)
Keshe Israel is closed until further notice unless you live there and are members.
There is a local minhag in Hershey that choclate Kisses can count for a minyan.
That sounds like a sweet way to daven.
