Whats the Mekor that some people don’t eat dried fruit on Pesach? Many thanks

The Bach brings it, I think from the Trumos Hadeshen. The reason is it is/was often dried in ovens that were used for Chametz, or even alongside Chametz.
why do people have the minhag to only eat matzah and maror the whole pesach?
because all the other foods might have touched chametz.
