where can I buy little(2-3″) bottles of liquer for under $3 a bottle if possible?

Any BP liquor store. I just checked my cupbpard I have 2 50 ml bottles (holy hechsherim) left over from last Purim. (choclate & pear). If you are asking about hard liquors there is plenty of that.
In a liquor store. Different prices for different brands and types. Some should be under $3.

I was there recently and have small nottles for $1.50, $2.00 etc. Some with “heimishe” hechshayrim
the store on J is a great place. Last year I bought these really nice bottles and they were less than $1.50 They had many choices for under $3 and the service was great!!
