I know it sounds a little weird but I saw it a gelato stand and copied the concept. It’s delicious and perfect for serving after the gefilte fish(and fancy).

    – 1 pint prepared parve lemon sorbet

-about 10 or so basil leaves

Beat together in kitchen aid mixer and refreeze. If you want to reduce sweetness, add a little water when beating.

Serve about 3 or so tablespoons( remember it is not dessert).

    enjoy.

    it actually sounds wonderful!

    Sorry Sender –

I saw the post, but had little to add. Basil only makes it to out table as pesto, and the fish gets chased away with liquid gold shot (Mrs has her private bottle of Starbucks, before anyone asks)

Besides, if I served lemon ices after the fish, the kids would think its desert and the meal is over!

s2021- I thought fresh mint might be good to try in it also. If you try it before I do let me know how it is.
