hey, just to get a approx percentage, how many of you were off for presidents day, and how many had to ask for the day off?
here is the thing I work in a frum office where officially legal holidays I am supposed to be off, yet what is considered a legal holiday, when the banks are closed? (every second day) or the few basic ones like july 4,labor day, thanksgiving and new years?
Ask your HR department for a list of legal holidays.

new years,Martin Luther King day,Lincolns Birthday (semi) ,Presidents day, memorial day,independence day,labor day,Columbus day,veterans day, xmas(I think you should forget about that one!)
