why do some frum jews go to court and not beis din?
They either have a Heter, don’t know it’s Assur, or don’t care.
Mostly because they’re not Yirei Shamayim.
The rebbe’s go to secular court too
Another reason why some people go to court is because Bais din does not have power today that it should have for both sides to listen %100 so one side just brings the other to court
