Naftush – I don’t know if it was you or s/o else, but this point was brought up before. Noone here is grading you on grammar. If you don’t like it – lump it. I’m sick of the Grammar police here. The only exceptions are these posts which are hardly legible.

The state does NOT represent Jews – it has usurped that right and made a mess of things so that it ENDANGERS Jews. It is a chilul Hashem, and those who oppose it and the misyovnim who run it are the Makabim of today.
It will not last, and in the end what will be left is a “Jewish Autonomous Zone” made up almost entirely of charedim.
January 29, 2013 2:27 pm at 2:27 pm #942169mddMemberThere are sources, in fact, that say that it will last till Moshiach Tzidkeinu takes over.
March 10, 2013 2:49 pm at 2:49 pm #942170About TimeParticipantTo sing the praises of the Israeli army for protecting the jewish people is akin to praising of hard snow (e.g. to build an igloo) for saving one from the cold
(cf. Chazon Ish told mr. Ben Gurion).
March 10, 2013 4:48 pm at 4:48 pm #942171NaftushMemberHealth, I just noticed your retort. I hope it’s only grammar that you’ve been distorting by turning yehareg ????? into yaharog ?????. If you really mean it and follow through on it, you’ll be facing real police, not language police.
March 10, 2013 6:17 pm at 6:17 pm #942172HealthParticipantNaftush – The truth is the only reason you can let yourself be killed is because you have no choice. If the choice is be Oiver the Aveirah or let them kill you or you kill them -then you have to pick kill them. They automatically become Rodfim because even though you technically have a choice -you really don’t – if it’s obvious you keep the Torah.
March 31, 2013 2:14 pm at 2:14 pm #942173NaftushMemberHealth, I missed your gem until now and I’d like some elaboration. What degrees of aveira should I kill to avoid transgressing? The big three? All mi-deoraytas? Derabbanans too? Tying my shoes? Should I kill everyone in sight or just the one who’s getting in the way of my shoelace? Please clarify and cite your authority so I can quote him when the vile secularists haul me into court.
March 31, 2013 3:30 pm at 3:30 pm #942174Avi KParticipantAbout, Rav Ovadia said the opposite. There would not be the concept of a yeshiva as we know it without the IDF. As for your comment about intentions, I dispute it and demand to see your survey.
March 31, 2013 4:49 pm at 4:49 pm #942175adamsParticipantThey could work if they want to. The issue for many is that they don’t want to be in a office with women who they feel are dressed immodestly. They could also go through the army process and get out on low profil, many do this. This is as if they served as far as job market. Also I don’t even think it matters. if someone is qualified and skilled they can get a job.
Many charideim have moved to CHu”l all the time and vice versa. Alot depends on their Chassidus and their comfort level.

It wasn’t that deep and definitely didn’t need three weeks to chew over. In the Din of Yahrog Va’l Yavor -if s/o says do the Aveira or I’ll kill you – it can be either one of the big 3 or any Mitzva if it’s Shas Hashmad, then instead of just doing the Aveira and saying “Well he forced me” or instead of letting him kill you, if you have the opportunity kill him first.
