I was happy to see so many frum organizations represented. I was happy to

see non-Jewish community groups, too. Even the “Eagles’s Wings” group (Xtians who love Israel) were full of ruach. Chabad boys were there putting tefillin on men. Oorah’s “Zone” camps had 2 camels marching!

Later, at the concert, I saw Lipa Schmeltzer walking by toward the stage!

It was the best parade yet! I am pleased that year after year, there are more and more Jewish students marching.

I am so glad that I attended this awesome parade, and was able to show my solidarity to Medinat Yisrael, a truly wonderful & incredible country.

I felt the parade was a bit dead. In my experience it has been more lively in past years

I had the best time!!! I haven’t gone in a few years, I used to march with my schools, but this was the first year I went since I got married. Hands down the funniest moment was when Anthony Weiner waved to my husband and myself. Everyone around us just laughed because..come on, can’t take him seriously. On a more serious note, there was so much ruach and happiness it was amazing. There were more non Jewish organizations this year than I remember which was so nice. NK of course, barricaded safely away from anyone who might want to give them a piece of their mind.. Why are they allowed to protest?

NK are allowed to protest because there is a 1st amendment in this country.

Contrary to whatever else might be posted, the counter-protest assembled about 9 (not 1000) NINE people and about 15 policemen to guard them.

I have the photos NK received their fewest representation that I remember, Ive seen in past years Pro-PLO groups protesting, even they were not there

I could’ve marched if I’d’ve wanted to (or if I hadn’t had the SAT) because the place I’m working at in the summer marched. I wanted to go, but oh well…. C’est la vie.

So that they can garnish any Sechar due to them, in this world, and the be absolutely doomed in the hereafter.

As for the To’eivoh:- Given that they are banished from the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, why can’t they also be banished from Israel Day Parade?

The Tzadik Rabbi Dov Lipman was there. What was the crowd reaction to him, mostly positive I suppose?

Because Medinat Yisrael is such a truly wonderful & incredible country.

It’s a parade for all supporters of Israel, including the evangelical Christians, who are the only non-Jewish supporters we have.

I’ve read John Hagee’s books. I understand their mentality and motivations. Allow those in the Jewish non-profit world to handle relations with Christians and don’t worry about it.

ZD, who said there were 1000 NK? It was a very small group this year, thankfully. I didn’t even hear them this year, they just stood there with their signs.

As for the toieva. I kept my eyes peeled for them and must have missed them. I got there at 1030 before the parade started and stayed until almost the end. I was hoping they never marched but I guess they did.

I just felt it was important to debunk a poster on the internet for those who did not attend and might belive it

I was looking for them too, and I stayed until 3pm and didnt see them

They were about 3 or 4 from the end. Rainbow Israel flag. La-di-da.
