Who is it? YO?
She could use a different computer to have a different IP I would assume. I highly suspect that YO is RBG. He/She defends his/her trolling in a very similar way.
Looked at YO’s page, seems like YO has been posting since August 2018 so it seems very doubtful (not sure though because I don’t know when rgp has been posting since with other screen names
RGP started many years ago, then apparently forgot her account info, and then randomly figured it out again this past year (I think that’s what she claimed). It’s possible she made an alt when she couldn’t log onto her main account.
I think LOTR92 was referring to a recent comment by him/her on a YWN video news article.
