    If you have internet protection software (I use TrendMicro) that has black listing capabilities, you can just add “http://*” to the blocked websites list. I do this whenever I am not using the computer, and I delete it when I need to use the internet. (This is part of the Parental Controls in the TrendMicro software, and I have it password protected so only someone who knows the password can make changes.)
