Im so sad about Rav Nosson Tzvi Finkel Z”tl. He was such a big tzadid. He was very close with my father. Its so sad. He was my brothers Saandek. Moshiach!! Come now!! Im crying along with Bnei Yisrael for Moshiach! Please Hashem!! :'(
all of Klal Yisroel is mourning. we have been for the past few months already! when is Mashiach coming?! have we not waited long enough? have we not gone through enough tzaros? what have we done and what are we doing to deserve this?!
let’s all bli neder take upon something to help this situation!
i’ll start:
bli neder i’ll try to learn something (maybe something in chumash) on friday night after lighting candles. i have not been learning Ha-Shem’s Torah – a treasure which He gave to us – so much lately unfortunately. i can learn a lot from it – such as ways to improve my midos.
Ikvusa d’Mshicha. We’re all reeling. Now we need to DO something.
Sholom is a big one. Hashem spared dor Haflaga and other rishoim because they were in UNITY. Please repair family and neighborly dynamics along with anything else you’d like to do.
I don’t feel this way. A tzaddik and godol b’torah passed away. We mourn, pick up the pieces and move on. Lo alman yisrael. Zo darko shel olam and no one is immune.
The cries of “I can’t stand it anymore, Moshiach HAS to come” are childish. If those who are saying it are children, then let it be known that this reaction is child-age appropriate.
However you do make a valid point, only that the other point of view is that this is a wake up call. nothing really changed, we need moshiach just as we needed him (and the Geulah) untill now, only that we just got hit.
not that we thought that Reb Nossun Tzvi AH will live forever, and we will move on. however we still lost something ,and it IS time to cry!
