Has anyone here had any? March 13, 2017 3:35 am at 3:35 am #1226031 tobsParticipant No but when i find it there will be none left! YUM!!!!!!!!… March 13, 2017 3:41 am at 3:41 am #1226032 Lilmod UlelamaidParticipant Why not just eat ice cream? That’s even yummier! March 13, 2017 3:44 am at 3:44 am #1226033 tobsParticipant I love carbs and ice cream so how much more so if they are mixed together as one! March 13, 2017 3:45 am at 3:45 am #1226034 Lilmod UlelamaidParticipant Why not just eat an ice cream sandwich or an ice cream cone (with a sugar cone of course). March 13, 2017 3:47 am at 3:47 am #1226035 tobsParticipant good point but the whole idea is just fascinating and it will lead me to eat it all! YUM! did i mention that i love ice cream? March 13, 2017 12:55 pm at 12:55 pm #1226036 yehudayonaParticipant There’s a problem with milchig bread. It also sounds disgusting. March 13, 2017 2:25 pm at 2:25 pm #1226037 MenoParticipant Do you have to bake it? Won’t the ice cream melt? March 13, 2017 2:30 pm at 2:30 pm #1226038 👑RebYidd23Participant If you use ice cream that retains its appearance when mixed with flour, the milchigness of the bread is signaled by the sprinkles/color/chocolate chips. March 13, 2017 3:22 pm at 3:22 pm #1226039 yehudayonaParticipant RY, I’ve seen parve challah for Shabbos use with sprinkles for sure, and perhaps with chocolate chips. March 14, 2017 12:21 am at 12:21 am #1226040 Lilmod UlelamaidParticipant I’ve had challah with chocolate chips. It was yum! March 14, 2017 1:53 am at 1:53 am #1226041 LightbriteParticipant “I’ve had challah with chocolate chips. It was yum!” (LU) Omgosh that sounds like super yum!!! Why don’t they do that instead of raisin challah for Rosh Hashanah. Raisin challah slightly creeps me out. Chocolate chip challah sounds like chocolate babka. When I was in Israel, I shut down the chocolate babka on Shabbat. Delish. March 14, 2017 1:54 am at 1:54 am #1226042 LightbriteParticipant Why not use pareve ice cream and make it pareve? The whole point is to use the melted ice cream. It turns into bread. Sweet bread, presumably. March 14, 2017 5:42 pm at 5:42 pm #1226043 tobsParticipant where do they sell these stuff? How come i never heard of these foods before now?? March 14, 2017 7:50 pm at 7:50 pm #1226044 LightbriteParticipant tobs: What stuff? If it’s the chocolate chip and sprinkles challot, I imagined that it was homemade challah. It would be amazing if there was a special challah bakery that offered more options.
