    At my location, it was only a partial eclipse. I glanced at it briefly without protection (it was really bright), then used binoculars to project an image onto a sheet of paper. But I forgot to say the blessing, 🙁

    I saw the partial eclipse through the special glasses. Didn’t look 3D at all.

    Waste of a dollar.

    I watched the eclipse from the Chabad house in Columbia, South Carolina. There were some clouds that blocked the sun part of the time, but we still has a pretty good view of most of it. It was beautiful and a really nice experience.
    The next total eclipse will be in the summer of 2019 and will be visible from Argentina and Chile – is anyone making travel plans yet?
