    Does anyone know how to weave a lulav holder?

    you dont wave it separately from the Arbah Minim. you just grasp it and wave it along with the Lulav, etc. thats why its called a Lulav holder.

    there is no Minhag to wave it separately, so i dont think anyone can tell you the correct way to do that, if you want to for some reason

    I have done it before but don’t think I can explain it. Do you know how to make a lulav ring?

    Yes. Could easily be found online with a google search.

    BTW MOD-80 I tried correcting the mispelled word but when I clicked on the edit link I was taken to the CR home page.

    You just brought home a wonderful memory for me, of my father O”H teaching me how to do this when I was a little girl. I actually knew how (have since forgotten) and did a creditable job in those days. I know you take some dried piece of lulav and make like a box stitch or something like that.
