I’m not sure you can print labels in Excel. What I think you do is use the data source from excel but make the label in word?

you do a mail merge on microsoft word.

(i only know the newest version of word so i’ll telll you how to do it on that…)

    open new document

    go to “mailing” tab

press start mail merge (chose labels…)

    press use existing list

find and press excel list you want to use

press edit receipiant list and chose which people you want to use

press insert merge fields (make sure to put spaces commas periods etc)

then press start merge (its the last tab)

    and press edit individual document

    and youre good to go!

    hope you understood!

    good luck!

In short, you don’t print the labels from excel, you print them using word. You can import (merge) your excel lists into word. Microsoft has a pretty simple to understand tutorial in the help section of Word and also online.

    It is really intuitive.

I did it for the first time with no instruction, and it was easy.

If you need directions, I would google: “how to do a mailmerge”

I just want to know how to do it with email. I suppose when I really want to find out, I’ll google “how to set up outlook”
