All kidding aside, it would be interesting to know how old our pen-pals are. If you are an old-dude embarrassed to state your old-age, feel free to pretend you missed this thread. We’ll even play along and wink at you, covering your tracks. But if your a yungerman, defined as still counting your age with two-digits, by all means participate.
How old are you?
I woke up this morning feeling like a teen
Looked in the mirror and saw a Has Been
Right out of bed, all a mess
Just you wait till I get dressed
Slapped on the makeup, pulled out a grey hair
Decided I now looked ok and fair
Not too old, not too young
All geared up for my morning run
Watched the old folk running by
Picked up a hand to wave them a Hi
Got back home, feeling half dead
Collaped in a heap into my bed
So the question remains how old am I?
The answer changes as the day goes by
I start off mentally feeling a teen
Finish the day as washed up Has Been
I’d like to believe I’m as old as I behave
Excluding the mornings after a rave
I’d like to think I’m young at heart
Keeping it that way will be quite an art
I’ll leave you all with a question or two
Is age really relevant to any of you?
Do you feel young at heart, body and soul?
or is that your aim to achieve goal?

Of course, you have to keep in mind that my count in years is in wolf years. To get my real age, you have to divide by 7, multiply by the hypotenuse of the right triangle, adjust for the cosine of the tangent to the arc of the circle and divide by the speed of light raised to the power of pi. Oh yes, and then take that answer, feed it to the octopus at the zoo, wait for him to spit out some ink and see the shape of the number formed in the ink.
