    say the special bracha for seeing a rainbow & then prepare for serious teshuva on behalf of klal yisroel with personally begging Hashem not to destroy the world
    (do you remember what seeing a rainbow is a message from Hashem for?….)

    Last night, Thursday, when the President was in West Virginia a large rainbow encircled the White House. Pictures can be seen online. Is this a bad omen for America?
