    How can we know if we need to leave due to anti semitism outbreak? I’m not one to create panic and the Israeli government doesn’t pay me to convince Jews to move to Israel. Just asking as the world seems closer to the end of times, are these the early signs of anti semitism unleashed? Its happening on a global scale which lehavdil is larger than being confined to Germany and surrounding areas. If it’s happening in the land of the free, and especially in New York City a city of immigrants where only one certain people are being singled out for who they are, what else is left? Is this our warning?

    America is safer for Jews then any place or time in history including safer then 40 years ago. Ask anyone who been around.

    Having said that, do I know if another holocaust is happening? No. do I know when and where to go? No

    The time to worry is when the government becomes antisemitic, not the powerless fringe elements.

    Israel has more antisemitism than the US. If you think you need to leave, moving to Israel on that basis is less safe. I’d suggest Australia or Canada is where to move.

    -Joseph give me a break, thats such a foolish statement. First of all, Canada? Which is more anti semitic than other areas?
    Yes Israel makes life for the frum difficult no doubt, but in event of antisemitism Israel would be the safest place. You really think the Israeli government would set up concentration camps? The fact is that antisemitism is being unleashed in the world and we have to know if this is our warning. It always starts small, from thugs and low lives. The problem gets worse when it catches on like wildfire and spreads away from just the thug population.

    More Jews, both in percentages (proportion) and in hard numbers, are killed and maimed for being Jewish in Israel than in the US. In war, terrorism and physical assaults.

    If you want to run away to somewhere safer, Australia and Canada have less attacks on Jews than in America. Israel has more than America.

    Percentages? Of what, Jews to total population? Hard numbers? Of course – mostly Jews in Israel! Statistics will say whatever you make them say. What’s your source?

    Mobico: America has more Jews that Israel. But in any event, the number of Jews killed or maimed in war and terrorism in Israel far exceeded the number of Jews killed or maimed in America.

    Parts of Lebanon and Jordan are as much Eretz Yisroel and our land as Tel Aviv.
