What did you post in the old thread that was deleted?
August 18, 2017 6:20 pm at 6:20 pm #1342663JosephParticipantHe asked that it be deleted.

August 25, 2017 4:52 pm at 4:52 pm #1347328☢️ Rand0m3x 🎲ParticipantI don’t know if it’ll get to you, but I’ll post the title.
August 25, 2017 4:52 pm at 4:52 pm #1347330☢️ Rand0m3x 🎲ParticipantThe Curse of Cham in the Torah (“He will always be a slave to his brothers.”)
It was the second thread to have title. Neither currently exists.
August 25, 2017 6:38 pm at 6:38 pm #1347478JosephParticipantR4nd0m3x, you have a good memory. From the brief time the nine year old (single post) thread was bumped to the front page seven days ago (subsequently to be deleted again*) you remember the exact title, parenthesis and quotation marks included.
(*It was never approved when it was submitted nine years ago but had a resurrection when the CR software was upgraded four months ago until RY23 demanded its removal seven days ago.)
August 26, 2017 10:40 pm at 10:40 pm #1347701👑RebYidd23ParticipantAre you really pro slavery?
August 27, 2017 6:44 pm at 6:44 pm #1348018☢️ Rand0m3x 🎲ParticipantI wasn’t relying on memory (there’s a way to see at least some deleted threads).
Did you start the thread, Joseph?
(I was mistaken – it was actually the third such thread.)August 27, 2017 7:07 pm at 7:07 pm #1348024JosephParticipantRY23: The Torah is. I’m pro-Torah.
R4: What are you doing to see them? Could I have made my last comment otherwise?
August 28, 2017 9:52 pm at 9:52 pm #1349768☢️ Rand0m3x 🎲ParticipantYou can look at Google’s cache of the thread (it doesn’t necessarily
show the thread as it was immediately prior to being deleted).December 4, 2017 11:36 pm at 11:36 pm #1418524☢️ Rand0m3x 🎲Participant“We’d all be monkeys falling into canals if we didn’t hold our last bastion against monkeyism.”
I saw that somewhere, and it reminded me of you. 🙂December 14, 2017 10:40 am at 10:40 am #1427386☢️ Rand0m3x 🎲ParticipantWhat happened on 10/18/17?
(I don’t know what you did to your profile page,
but it seems to make the thread titles under
“Latest Coffee Room” bold and italicized.)December 16, 2017 7:10 pm at 7:10 pm #1428105CSParticipantThe Torah isn’t pro slavery or it wouldn’t be a curse.
December 16, 2017 7:16 pm at 7:16 pm #1428156JosephParticipantThe Torah supports the existence of slavery.
December 17, 2017 7:27 am at 7:27 am #1428302CSParticipantTrue I forgot about the eved knaani. But that is not at all like the American slavery. For example if you knocked out a tooth, he would go free. He had to rest on shabbos with you etc.
December 17, 2017 4:00 pm at 4:00 pm #1428945☢️ Rand0m3x 🎲ParticipantJoseph means that the modern world regards the institution of slavery
to be wrong, no matter how slaves are treated.December 18, 2017 1:26 am at 1:26 am #1429080JosephParticipantIf anyone has one for sale, I’d be interested in purchasing.
It goes without saying I’m following the Torah model, not the old American one. Al pi Halacha, as established by the Mechaber in Shulchan Aruch, we can purchase them under the local secular laws, but we still have to treat them today as the Torah tells us to.
