    Well ask your camp for a list, a lot of camps forget to give you them or send them late!

    Peanut butter is a must! Great for snacking and lots of protein which you might not get so much of in camp.

    but check if the camp allows it b/c there may be some girls who are rachmuna litzlun allergic.
