I just saw this article:
One of the biggest roadblocks confronting agencies like the FBI is the constitutionality of Internet searches, which often, according to legal analysts, push the envelope with regard to illegal search and seizure.
The NSA has already admitted to unlawfully going too far. So what? It’s not going to stop them from doing it again.
It is theft.
