If I have a plan to finish the whole Shisha Sidrei Mishna and make a siyum then do I also make a siyum after I finish each seder?
Why wouldn’t you? A Seder is usually considered enough to make a Siyum on. People learning Daf Yomi make a Siyum on each individual Masechta, don’t they?
Even if you DON’T finish or plan on finishing the entire Shisha Sidrei Mishna you can make a siyum.

I personally didn’t do it, but I don’t see any reason why you shouldn’t.
