For elementary you can do so many cute ideas for G.O. You can do a color theme, around the world theme, different stores and brand names, drinks,occupations ect. 🙂
we had in the past-
– exercise which was very cute (like a big converse on the bulletin board and stuff)
-sailing, like the sea and stuff
-electronics, like apple symbol and they made this really cute bulletin board out of upside down egg cartons that looked like a keyboard
-flying airplane
-music
-shopping (stores)
-games -very cutee!
What does GO stand for?
G.O. stands for Girls Only.
What does it really stand for?
i know SGO stands for “student government organization” so GO must stand for government org or some variation of it
It really stands for General Office, over the years in jewish circles it has come to mean the extra ciricular activities for girls on rosh chodesh. MY guess is once it was a theme to Rosh Chodosh for a school thing and the idea came to always call it G.O.

my sisters just informed me that G.O. stands for general organization
Noone actually knows what it means, but they have some good guesses. The idea is really just to make rosh chodesh something to look forward to and this is how they achieve it.
