Katz and Heavenly Mills are 2 companies that make all types of breads, rolls, cookies and cake. They could be found in some grocery stores and most health food shops.
Good luck!

Buy Tamar Ansch’s Pesach cookbook, which is ALL gluten-free I believe (as it’s non-gebrochts) and the recipes are wonderful. She has an amazing chocolate cake, and plenty of sides and main dishes both dairy and meat. So many items are now marked certified gluten-free in all the stors. You HAVE to read labels. because sometimes there is hidden gluten (like maltodextrin) in the ingredients.
I use potato starch or corn starch (check the brand, not all cornstarch products are 100% GF), and Corn Chex, crushed, in lieu of breading. Katz makes a great breading though, also. Get dye free Advil, and make sure there is no gluten in all medications that you use. Wheat is often used as a binder or in the coating on a pill.

I do not have celiac, but I really enjoy eating tofu on the rare occasion that I can get my hands on some.

Many Chex cereals are gluten free, as are Fruity and Cocoa pebbles. 70% of Heinz products are gluten free. Any major supermarket has all sorts of products that are certified gluten free. If you live near boro park you should pay a visit to the gluten free shop on 16th ave or heavenly mills bakery on new utrecht. both have websites as well.

For this reason, stay away from all cold cuts until you check with the manufacturer. Of the Empire products we looked into, none used wheat (if it is kosher lipesach all year , they likely never use wheat, or any other grain that contains gluten). Other popular brands do.
