Jax, actually I don’t really mind working in the summer. This way I don’t have to go job hunting every year. Also, I get to work in a nice, cool, comfortable environment, unexposed to the elements. I also have vacation days if the need arises.

I was never willing to teach students who were not interested in being in the classroom. Therefore, I only taught in college. The option of running summer classes was always available to me. The pleasure of not teaching, then, is having the WHOLE year off!
