just curious — do the cr regulars ever actually meet each other in person or just stay forever as screen names?
Scary, dangerous question.
I probably meet some others. I mean, there’s just so many (kain eyin hora) people in the world, you’re bound to at least once bump in to another.
I think we should have secret pins attached, in a unique, easily recognizable area, with one’s screen name. – No, you show me your’s before I show you mine! – Oh! (THATS YOU?!?!) I’m sorry I changed my mind. Not showing.

Never,besides the time I once saw another fellow regular posting on his smartphone. He was tall, but I didn’t tell him I saw him and I knew he was…he was a boy….

Former regular and now sporadic poster…
As many of you know, I actually reconnected with a dear friend with whom I had lost touch for a very long time. We only realized who each other was, through a series of hashgocha protis events in the CR. I do know one or two other people here for a certainty, and am sure there are others,as well, though I have not yet managed to figure out who is who.
This thread reminds me of another
I know a guy who got married, and during sheva brachos his wife was posting on YWN, and he saw, and they realized they both posted!
And that they hated each other on YWN! lol
So he broke her computer, and she broke his jaw, and they agreed to have a joint username from then on.
Jaw is a type of phone?
He didn’t need to break her computer. He could have just deleted her cookies (anyhow, the neighbor’s cookies were probably better).
