Is there any way to beat a red light camera summons mailed to you? What can you (succesfully) argue when pleading not guilty?
Not really. The camera shows you failing to stop and going through the light.
Actually, the camera shows your car going through a red light. Since they can’t tell who’s driving, there are no points. You could argue that your car was stolen, but you’d have to produce a police report attesting to that.
Pay the fine, and remember not to go through red lights (or at least THAT red light).
I know someone who beat it by claiming that she was on the way to the hospital to have her baby; she was being truthful.
i know sb that said there was an sirens behind her so she had to move out of the way cant prove it
