eating out: waffles -or- pancakes -or- eggs w/ hash browns & a toasted English muffin. & a chocolate milk shake.
@ home: farina w/ raisins, -or- oatmeal w/ raisins or blueberries, -or- sunnyside up eggs w/ cheese on whole wheat bread. & coffee.
