Smiling is infectious,
You catch it like the flu.
When someone smiled at me today,
I started smiling too.
I passed around the corner,
and someone saw my grin.
When they smiled I realized,
I’d passed it on to them.
I thought about that smile,
then I realized its worth.
A single smile just like mine,
could travel the earth.
So, if you feel a smile begin,
don’t leave it undetected.
Let’s start an epidemic quick,
and get the world infected!

That’s really funny that your saying that, because when I was in high school, I always wrote thank you on the bottom of the test and made a smiley face. My teachers knew me as the “happy girl”. I think it’s so easy to do, and really puts people in a great mood! I always sign my name with a smiley face!! And in the CR at the end of my comments, I always put a smiley face. 😀
A smile is a crooked line that sets everything straight! 😛

my name always gets a smiley face on it, and all papers get a thank you… only thing is, i was rlly sad filling out my sem applications cuz my name looked wrong without the smiley next to it (by the ACT adn the SAT i actlly did put a smilye, but then i realized and erased it) 🙂
