As with everything else, ask your LOR.
I had to do business with someone who was open late on friday, and the owner (who was frum), as well as one of the LOR said the business in question had made a deal with one of the workers (a non-jew) that any profit from friday afternoon goes to him. As such, on shabbos it was owned by a non-jew.
This could be a solution in your case as well.
