Mr. Biden is NOT the President elect. The AP has said Biden is the presumptive P.E. and the Democrat Party invented “The Office of The President Elect,” but until the States certify the election and the Electoral College casts its ballots there is no President Elect.

On a side note, Las Vegas has not paid any bets for people who gambled on Biden. Outside the AP/ Democrat Party Media at this time the count is 232 TRUMP vs. 227 BIDEN.

I was up on election night, watched trump take a lead everywhere, and then suddenly everyone was experiencing glitches and leaking pipes, I mean who are they trying to fool?! then they DON’T ALLOW REPUBLICANS TO VEIW THE COUNTING! WHY WOULD THEY DO THAT IF THEY HAVE NOTHING TO HIDE???????
then I see bidens lead inching up, the count by some states were up to 99% and trump still had the lead but until the lead didn’t switch to Biden the state wasn’t called, for some veeeeeery odd reason……….
there was a cute picture going around of Biden screaming ‘you people will have to remain patient during the counting process, were printing ballots as fast as we can!’ couldn’t be more true….
there is no question if there was widespread voting fraud(libs a just a bunch of criminals) the only question is if they will be able to uncover all evidence, I hope they do…..

Courts have ruled 25 times that there was no evidence of fraud.

Jewish common sense –

1) There was no state at 99% that turned for Biden.
2) There were states that did that for Trump as well.
3) Explain how PA went from 600,000 up by Trump to losing. What happened at midnight, that the counters randomly found hundreds of thousands of votes for Biden. Wouldn’t it have been smarter for democrats to somehow mix them all up in the beginning then doing such obvious fraud?
4) Are you saying that there was this concerted effort between numerous states to somehow go democrat all of a sudden. Somehow they all did it at the same time.
5) Why wouldn’t they vote democrat for all candidates? Why did republicans win so many other races that everyone thought democrats would win?
6) You don’t even have to be a gemara kup to answer this. It is the same answer for all these states. What did they count first? Election day votes or mail in and absentee ballots? In all traditionally blue states that they counted election day votes first, Biden gained on Trump later and vice versa.
Do you realize that all these states traditionally go blue and they were won by peanuts for Trump in 2016? This time it went the other more common way.

Re Health’s speculation about why Kushners are moving to Florida: Your capacity for denying the obvious is colossal. You can explain away any fact you don’t like. When Biden is sworn in as president on January 20, 2021, you will probably say that it is as fake as that moon landing 50+ years ago.

health, you have a problem with your thinking. The president contributed to his fraud by commanding that bail order ballots should not be counted first. So, he led as the personnel ballots were mainly for him before the mail order ballots were counted.

When you consider the company conducting the audit previously submitted affidavits that confused counties and which states they are in, I would assume whatever claims they put out about Dominion voting systems will be similarly nonsense. In any case, the machines being audited are in a Republican controlled county, the judge is also a Republican.

What the Judge said is that use of the forensic images has to be approved by him, which should mean (although not certain) that any info from the fake audit that is being done has to be approved by the Judge before being publicized. The Judge ordered this because the Secretary of State raised legitimate issues here. Without this, Michigan, can likely be sued by Dominion for breach of contract for not taking action to prevent the release of information that was contractually agreed to be kept private. There is also the issue that someone may be able to find a way to hack the software and impair future elections, so restricting info on how the software works might be beneficial (e.g. Apple takes this approach. Google on the other hand is much more open with how their software works and attempts to improve security by fixing flaws that people find. It is arguable depending on the exact facts and circumstances which approach is better).

I guess, you can read into this all sorts of conspiracies, but this is actually pretty typical stuff and courts deal with this all the time. Let’s put it this way, if they can prove the software is designed to allow fake election results, then any contract provision preventing release of that info would be found void and you can spread that on the news all you want. That would be a very serious claim. The simple reason why that claim is likely nonsense, is so far in every recount in any State that has done one there has not been any significant discrepancy. Also, you will know that claim may have some merit if the court actually agrees with them. If the court rules against them and they make the claims they found serious problems, well then I would simply assume they are mixing up Counties and State again and nothing they say is reliable.
