See, this is an important question, because if you want to convince someone who already had Covid to get vaccinated, you need to demonstrate that they are less likely to be harmed by a vaccine than another case of Covid.
September 19, 2021 5:37 pm at 5:37 pm #2009021Yserbius123Participant@DaasYochid In several places I’ve seen that only 1 to 2 percent of hospitalizations in 2021 were vaccinated people. I don’t know what percentage already had COVID. When I talk about vaccinations, I mean for people that haven’t had symptomatic COVID in the last year. I haven’t seen the data, but I’m pretty sure that re-catching the virus within the year is as likely as a vaccinated person catching it. After six months the immunity shows signs of lessening and a year is when it starts to seriously wane.

I’m not the one that you posted to, but just read all the News on YWN.
They have posted many cases of s/o that got Covid 19 – 2 times and the second time – it was worse or that person died.September 19, 2021 9:19 pm at 9:19 pm #2009070Always_Ask_QuestionsParticipantI’ve seen research pointing both ways – on one hand, low levels of re-infections, on the other – statements similar to “Health” – second time cases are sometimes much harder. Possibly, this means that first infection creates immunity for a large group of people (for some time?) but makes it worse for those whose immunity did not work out well.
Just speculating what could be the difference between re-infection and infection after vaccine:
1) unclear doses – may be not enough to provide sufficient immunity
2) internal damage after the first infection creates additional risk for the 2nd infection?September 19, 2021 11:15 pm at 11:15 pm #2009081HealthParticipantAAQ -“Just speculating what could be the difference between re-infection and infection after vaccine:”
The key word is “Speculating”.
That’s the problem in the US.
They keep Speculating.
The Anti-Vaxxers keep Speculating that they are immune, because they had Covid 19 Once.
And the Genocidal Government doesn’t recommend a third shot after the First two.I have No problem with all those that rely on their own speculations, but not with Lab testing.
My Beef is with – when s/o gets Ill with Covid 19 – they should be allowed to take anything that they think could work against it! -
