is there any support groups for teens suffering from eating disorders?

I am sure there are.
Whoever is treating it should know of them, I would imagine.
A quick Google search turned up some people in Brooklyn who treat/counsel eating disorders, but no support groups. However, my search was less than thorough.
Perhaps his/her physician can recommend a group?

I would call bikur cholim, maimonides hospital, the Y, Met Council and groups like that. They would be more likely to know of such support groups.
