Survey: Which way do you spin the dreidel? Clockwise or counterclockwise? Which hand do you use?
clockwise. right hand

i think if someone’s a righty they spin it clockwise with their right hand. if someone’s a lefty they spin it counterclockwise with their left hand. am i right?
i mostly use my right but sometimes i have fun and use my left.
I don’t give out such private information.
Just another dreidel question:
Does anyone know in the times of the chashmonaim, what were the letters on the dreidel? What did it stand for? Or was it just ?, ?, ?, ??

I’m a righty and spin clockwise. Except for Artscroll’s on-line dreidel spin contests. I can never figure out which direction it’s spinning in that game.
I think it depends if you wear a colored shirt or a white shirt and if there are teenage girls present.
When spinning it upside down, I spin it counter-clockwise. In general I am counter-clockwise.
