I have said that I am envious of the Canadian climate. But while I love the idea of living somewhere that doesn’t have such an awfully hot summer, I can never find a pair of boots that fits me right, so here where the winter is not so cold, I usually don’t wear boots. I don’t think I can get away with that in a place that has a real winter. I might visit in the summer though.
(Also, I’m not ready to move anywhere. I’m not even used to my current neighbors yet.)Why don’t you migrate? From the place of boots to the place of no boots..

Have you purchased boots on Amazon (retailer Amazon, and shipped by Amazon with free returns) or Zappos (where everything has free returns)?
I buy most of my boots on Amazon. That way, if they don’t fit right, I just box them up and ship them back.
Over the years, I’ve refined my sense of what boots work and what don’t, all thanks to online shopping! 🙂
