Someone once told me that they take a Chumash Rashi Test on the phone and they are provided with some type of incentive – I think it was in Lakewood – can anyone please get me the contact details of this program?

Why would anyone want a telephone test to learn chumash/rashi ?? There a plenty of online tests if you feel that being tested on what you have learned would be helpful. Even more wierd is why you would be in need of an “incentive’ to learn torah when such learning provides much greater rewards than any online scam. Given that this week is shabbos b’reishis, have you considered starting on a disciplined program of Shnayim mikra ve-echad targum.
I saw this program a while back. It’s about $100 a month, but the test rules are very strict, and it’s only for married guys iirc.
You can just Google chumash Rashi tests and will find it. It’s not on the phone they actually email it to you. You don’t have to be married being 22 years old is enough.
